Checking the context a service is running in

Hi everyone,

A little while ago, I posted regarding PXE Booting VMS and some problems I was having (which are still not resolved). Anyhow, one source I have found says to "Check the context in which the TFTP service is running." What exactly does this mean, and how do I check it? I assume it has something to do with user privilege.
