Recurring FTP job?

Hi all,

I am looking to setup a daily recurring job on my RHEL box that will log into a particular FTP, download a set of files (they always have the same name) and place them into a new folder named with the current date (for instance 20140619).

Any assistance would be much appreciated, as I am a complete 'nix noob..
