Separating multiple PXE boot servers

I hope you don't mind me asking here as I feel this may be a more general question. However, my networking and Linux knowledge is limited.

Basically, I've been having a play with Kickstart and Ubuntu in my homelab and have managed to get it all going which is great. However, I have one DHCP server with one scope for my whole subnet (which is massive, 172.16.0.0/12). This dishes out a range of 172.16.0.150 to 172.16.1.254. Option 66 and 67 are set on this scope to point to my pxe boot server.

The issue is that (for my sins) I also have a Windows Deployment Server as well which sues the same options. I would like to be able to point my Windows clients to use their own pxe server and my linux ones to the other. Obviously I can only use one options 66 and 67 though per scope.

It would be great to get my Windows clients addresses only from the 172.16.0 range, and my linux ones from the 172.16.1 range. Is there a way to do this?

Apologies again if this is the wrong section. Thanks for helping a noob out :-)
